Georgetown, Guyana – (December 30, 2018) His Excellency David Granger, President of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, extends heartfelt condolences at the passing of Mr. Francis Vibert DeSouza, former Minister of Amerindian Affairs.
Mr. DeSouza, who passed away on Saturday at the age of 73, became Guyana’s first Minister of Amerindian Affairs in 1992.
