Georgetown, Guyana – (October 26, 2017) The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) has received funds from the Italian Government for the purpose of implementing the project “Transitioning to National Energy Security: Bartica, a Model Green Town” and intends to apply a part of the proceeds towards payments for a number of contracts.
