Georgetown, Guyana – (May 4, 2017) Minister of State, Mr. Joseph Harmon, earlier this afternoon, received a courtesy call from His Excellency Antoine Joly, the newly accredited Non-Resident Ambassador of the French Republic to Guyana.
Ambassador Joly, this morning, presented his Letters of Credence to President David Granger. He replaces Ambassador Michael Prom, whose tour of duty has ended.
