Legal Advisor
Responsibilities
- Assist the Authority of the Police Complaints Authority in the performance of his functions.
- Conduct legal analysis and research legal matters.
- Provide advice on legal matters.
- Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
- Review legal material.
- Formulate formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
- Monitor the implementation of the legal clauses.
- Perform any other duties assigned to them by the Police Complaints Authority.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (‘LLB’)
- Legal Education Certificate (‘LEC’)
- Must be admitted to practice law
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well a team.
