Georgetown, Guyana – (September 28, 2020) His Excellency, Mohamed Irfaan Ali was this morning presented with a wooden, engraved portrait of the First Family by local businessmen, Mr. Marcus Shivrattan, who is the Production Manager of Shivrattan Moulding and Mr. Komal Ramnauth, the CEO of KOJAC Marketing.
The Head of State expressed his appreciation for the gesture during the simple presentation ceremony at State House. The portrait is made of locally sourced Cedar Wood and is finished using a Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machine, which is a modern woodworking device. The Company, Shivrattan Moulding, has been in operation in Guyana since 1993.
