Georgetown, Guyana – (March 9, 2019) His Excellency David Granger, President of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, extends condolences at the death of Mr. Bernard De Santos, SC.
Mr. De Santos (80), who died last night, was appointed Senior Counsel in 1991 and served as Guyana’s Attorney General from 1992 to 1997.
