Georgetown, Guyana – (September 12, 2018) Minister of State, Mr. Joseph Harmon, today, met with former Prime Minister of Jamaica, Hon. Percival Noel James (P.J) Patterson, ON, PC, QC, at the Ministry of the Presidency.
During the meeting, the two discussed political challenges and successes, the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), the Caribbean Single Market and Economy (CSME) and ways in which regional cooperation and integration can be improved.
