Georgetown, Guyana – (December 4, 2016) Ms. Roxanne la Roc, Foreign Service Officer III and Ms. Sandy Williams, Foreign Trade Officer, both of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will attend a Mid-Level Diplomats Training Programme for CARICOM Member States, which will be held in New Delhi, India from December 5 – 16.
The Programme will be hosted by the Government of India under the CARICOM-India Technical Cooperation Relations Agreement and will allow participants to obtain the necessary skillset within the Ministry, particularly in the areas of E-Diplomacy and the use of E-Tools.
