Georgetown, Guyana – (December 4, 2016) Ms. Sheranne Isaacs and Ms. Donna Levi, Guyana’s Director and Alternate Director on the Caribbean Development Bank’s (CDB) Board of Directors, respectively, will attend the Bank’s 274th sitting of the Board of Directors at its headquarters in Bridgetown, Barbados from December 6-8.
This meeting will facilitate the presentation of Guyana’s Country Strategy Paper for the period 2017-2021. Two priority projects will also be presented at this event for approval by the Board; the Development of an Evidence-Based Gender Equitable Framework for Climate Smart Agricultural Intervention and the capacity strengthening of the Office of Climate Change through the presentation of a National Climate Change Policy.
