Georgetown, Guyana – (September 24, 2016) President David Granger extends heartfelt sympathy to Mr. Kenwyn Carmichael and the other relatives of the late Mr. Fitz Uriel Alexander Carmichael, who passed away on Friday, September 23.
Mr. Fitz Carmichael was an educator and first Regional Minister of Barima-Waini (Region One). He later served as Minister of Forestry.
