Georgetown, Guyana – (August 28, 2015) The Indian High Commissioner to Guyana, His Excellency Venkatachalam Mahalingam, today paid a courtesy call on Minister of Governance, with responsibility for Natural resources and the Environment, Raphael Trotman.
There, Minister Trotman committed to meeting with the Indian High Commissioner in the near future to discuss possible areas of collaboration. Minister Trotman also presented the High Commissioner with a copy of his book titled “Parliament in the Republic of Guyana,” which he has written.
The meeting took place at the Department of Natural Resources and the Environment, Brickdam.
