Director of the Government of Norway’s International Climate and Forest Initiative, Per Fredrik Ilsaas Pharo met with President David A. Granger this morning at the Ministry of the Presidency. Also attending the high level meeting on the Guyana-Norway agreement were Minister of Governance, Raphael Trotman, Finance Minister, Winston Jordan, Coordinator for, Ms. Marianne Johansen, Minister of State Joseph Harmon and Advisor on the Environment, Gary Best.
